By participating in the free headshot service and submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Shared Access: Your photo will be included in a shared album accessible exclusively to participants of the conference who have chosen to have their headshots taken and the conference organizers and staff. Downloadable Content: The photos in the shared album will be downloadable by anyone with access to the album. Limited Use: The shared album is intended for personal and professional use by participants. However, once downloaded, the conference organizers are not responsible for how the photos are used. Data Privacy: Your submitted information will only be used for organizing and sharing the album and will not be shared with third parties. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in the headshot service.
